The recipes for these award winning sauces were created while working in a
family owned Smokehouse in the Seattle area. After many refinements,
we produced a rich, thick sauce with a distinct hickory smoked flavor that
that will compliment beef, pork, chicken and fish. They are designed
to be used as cooking, basting, marinating and barbecuing sauces that will
produce excellent results with whatever dish you choose.
