Connection drops
-Drops can be caused by phone line noise. Try dialing in on another number
-Drops can be caused by others picking up a phone extension in another room. Ask them to stop that!
-Drops can be caused by idle time. Check the settings of your browser. (Normally on the Tools Menu, Internet Options, connections, Settings, Advanced, Disconnect if idle) -If these suggestions don't work, have your modem tested for proper functionality

Can't Get E-Mail
-Inside Outlook Express, pull down the Tools Menu. Click on Accounts. Highlight the Coosnet listing then click on Properties. On the General Tab: the Name field should contain your
login name@coosnet.com. The e-mail address and reply address should both read
login_name@coosnet.com.
-click on the server tab at the top of the window. The incoming server is a POP3. In the Incoming field type
coosnet.com. In the outgoing field type coosnet.com. In the account name field type your
login name@coosnet.com.
E-Mail is not Downloading
-The most common cause of e-mail failing to come through is the receipt of a huge attachment. Call the store and ask for manual removal of the offending letter.
