Internet and E-mail access is payable in advance.  All subscription fees are due on the first
of the month.  I understand and accept that a $5 late fee will be charged if payment is not
received by the 15th.

I will use the internet for legal purposes only.  I understand that if my account is engaging
in illegal practices or spamming, my account will be terminated, my prepaid subscriptions
forfeited, and legal charges will be pressed to the full extent of the law.

I will not hold Comp-U-Talk, Inc. or Coosnet liable for any damages or loss of profits, real
or imagined, that result from act of God, or any act of man unless Comp-U-Talk, Inc. or Coosnet
has been grossly negligent.

Please Note:We service the southern Oregon coast.  If you are
further North than Reedsport or further south than Brookings, then dialing
up to us would be a long distance call and we won't be able to help you. Any
signups from areas other than those that we serve will not be acted
upon.
