Unless it dies sooner than expected, the old email server will be completely decommissioned in December 2010.

If you need to move email from the old server to the new server follow these steps:

Login to mail.coosnet.com

Click on Settings

 Click on External Accounts

 Click on Add External Account

 Fill in the blanks:         Substitute your email address for mine on the username line.  Change the deliver to: Email Folders.  Remove the check mark from Leave email on server.  Click on OK.

 Click Save

 Click Check External Email
