This
is a reminder for those who may have forgotten and a friendly notice for all
coosnet new comers:
1.) Your support comes from comp-u-talk NOT
coosnet.
2.) Your support staff members have names. When communicating with you we
will sign our
name.
3.) We already know your user name.
4.) We already know your password.
5.) While we hope you have a really fantastic birthday, we aren't going
to send you
a card or a gift. We won't even send youan email wishing you a happy
birthday, so we have no need to keep track of your
birth date. Sorry :(
6.) We normally run the spell checker before we hit the send button.
It's our goal to
look good in print.
7.) If we really need critical data from you, we will either call you or
send you a letter via snail mail.
So...If you received this letter or something
similar, I apologize. We do our best to
keep the spam filtered out, but with 800,000 to 1,000,000 emails coming into
our servers every day, there is bound to be something that makes it past the
filters.
