To Change the Dialup Phone Number:

From Inside of Internet Explorer:

Pull down the Tools Menu

Click on Internet Options

Click on the Connections Tab

Highlight the connection name in the white box (click on it once)

Click on the settings button

Click on the Properties Button

Type the new phone number into the box and click on ok.
